One of the most influential arts advocates from the later 20th century international underground scene. A video pioneer in the decades that followed, he amassed a personal collection of 2000+ unreleased tapes of lost cultural gems.
Jack caught on camera!
Jack was part of ArtsLab London, and provided the psychedelic projections at the famous UFO Club. He founded Videoheads to start filming his world around him - counterculture and music.

Jack led the way
Starting with one of the earliest portable video cameras, Jack dove onto the scene and documented pivotal moments in counter-culture, dedicating himself to his craft until his death in 2014. A true visionary, artist and visual explorer, Jack experimented with this early technology - akin to the Victorian-era photographers who helped with the development of still and moving images - Jack was one of the first. He really was looking to the future.
